Pictures of our products shown in any Duomo Dekorê digital platform are for illustration purposes only. Each one of our pieces is handmade and unique, regardless of the process being the same, all of them interact in a different way with our finish techniques.

Even though our products come from the same wood species, natural variations may occur in color or tone, nonetheless, we at Duomo Dekorê inspect every single one of our pieces to make sure the highest standards of finishes are met.

We offer our clients 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects on their purchase. However, parota wood furniture inherently “move” over time. This may cause the wood to crack, warp and vary in color and are not considered manufacturing defects and therefore, not covered under the standard Duomo Dekorê warranty. As a manufacturer, we do everything possible to prevent the above from happening, but we have no control over natural wood products nor irregular use or lack of adequate protection.

The 1-year warranty will not be applied in the following circumstances:

• If the furniture was used for purposes other than those for which it was designed.
• The furniture shows damage on the surface caused by mistreatment or any purposes other than those for which it was designed.
• If the furniture was damaged because of any natural disaster.
• The furniture was directly exposed to the outdoor environment or its elements such as rain, snow, humidity, dust, heat/fire, or direct exposure to sunlight.
• If the furniture was exposed or treated with any chemical products intentionally or by accident.
• The furniture was damaged during its transportation outside from the original address where it was sent to.
• If the furniture was partial or totally modified or repaired in any of its parts. This includes further coating, sanding, hole filling or any other process involving the appearance of the furniture.

Duomo Dekorê furniture is manufactured with parota wood, which is an organic material. This implicates that slight movement might appear because of the weather or temperature changes, although this will not affect its functionality, it is inevitable and must be considered before purchase. We offer a 3-month warranty in case of cracking or warping due to a reaction to weather or temperature changes (indoor use only), Duomo Dekorê will repair or replace the furniture without a cost, however shipping/pick-up costs must be covered by the customer.

Each one of our products comes with a quality seal that guarantees the proper treatment to eliminate or prevent any pest that endangers the integrity of the organic material and, to extract humidity that may cause damage over time. However, we offer a 2-month warranty in the event of the appearance of pest, in consequence, Duomo Dekorê will provide the customer with additional treatment-product for one week. If the problem remains, we will either repair or replace the furniture without a cost, although shipping/pick-up costs of the damaged product must be covered by the customer. Duomo Dekorê will cover the shipping cost of the new replacement furniture.
